KUCHING, Apr 6: A 26-year-old man was killed in an accident that occurred at Jalan Pelabuhan here tonight.

In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 9.50pm, and firefighters from the Tabuan Jaya station were deployed.

The accident involved a cement lorry and a motorcycle ridden by the victim, identified as Mohd Ramfullah Dahan.

“The victim was found underneath the lorry in an unconscious condition. He was not trapped and was confirmed to be dead by Health Ministry officials at the scene.

“He was then handed over to the police for further action,” said the report. — DayakDaily
