CelcomDigi bargains at a low of RM10

KUCHING, Oct 9: CelcomDigi introduces a renewed monitoring pass with prices starting from RM10 to allow customers to stay connected while travelling abroad.

The offer is open to all prepaid and postpaid customers with no minimum plan commitments, with service coverage at up to 95 destinations.

The pass also offers up to 30 minutes of free calls to Malaysia and destination countries to facilitate customer communication while abroad.

Customers can also make an early booking up to 14 days before travel through the CelcomDigi app to facilitate travel planning.

The service provides multiple-destination tracking options, including the SIT zone covering Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, as well as the Asian zone and the Worldwide Zone.

For pre-paid customers, the downtime is offered at prices starting from RM10 with a fixed high speed data quota. Additional passes can also be purchased as needed.

In the meantime, postpaid customers can enjoy unlimited monitoring passes starting from RM30, including unlimited 5G data usage on networks supporting the service.

Customers of 5G Payment Plan 120 and above are also eligible to enjoy savings up to 50 per cent on selected passes, while monthly delay plans are offered at prices starting from RM20 with contract or RM40 without contract.

The service can be used as soon as it arrives at the destination without having to change SIM cards, install eSIM or purchase a local SIM card, subject to network support in the country.

Customers can book passes through the Roaming section of the CelcomDigi app or dial *800# while abroad.

CelcomDigi now has over 20.3 million network users.
