2,800 immigrants accepted FTES to accommodate students at UTS

KUCHING, 23 September: About 2,800 natives have been admitted to the Sarawak Prosperous Higher Education Scheme (FTES) to accommodate students at the Sarawak University of Technology (UTS).

Mandal UTS Chancellor Professor Mohammad Sharil Osman, on his inauguration day had about 1,500 followers receiving scholarships to stay at home.

"The UTS's resident receiver is about 5,700 people, and the FTES has 2,800 people.

"The scope of the FTES program is STEM, we have 16 programs to cover STEM for 18 undergraduate programs. He's going to take a program at UTS and he's going to STEM", I said.

I told him it sounded like a media frenzy when he arranged for the language leader like Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinji Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg ba Complex Satria Pertiwi that day.

And I'm going to add that UTS has for decades been the premier graduate program in pharmacy.

The FTES's superintendent at the higher education institution is facing greater opportunities for students to learn about their room.
