GPS committed cash promises to the people

BETONG, 26 September: The Sarawak Party Combination (GPS) will continue to ensure every commitment given to the people is implemented, said Deputy Prime Minister of Sarawak, Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embassy.

He said the GPS leadership approach is not just about making promises, but ensuring that everything promised translates through implementation.

"Our leader is not only promising. Our leader made a promise.

"Under the leadership of the Honourable Prime Minister of Sarawak, GPS will carry out what we promised", he said.

He said this when speaking on Sarawak's program I Love the Parts of Concrete here today.

Uggah also expressed support for GPS's efforts to defend the area represented by the coalition should elections be held.

"We are all strong supporters and we hope that when the whistle is blown soon, we will ensure that all seats in the National Assembly (DUN) return to GPS hands", he said.

According to Uggah, the ability to fulfill commitments to the people should continue to be among leadership priorities in continuing Sarawak's development agenda. - TVS
