SARIKEI: Most of the 90 development projects under the Rajang Delta Development Agency (RADDA) are progressing well and are being implemented according to the set plans, said its chairman, Datuk Len Talif Salleh.
He said the progress could be seen through the implementation of projects in several constituency (DUN) areas, including Dalat, Kuala Rajang, Meradong and Repok.
“The difference in the number of projects between the DUN areas is based on the development needs of each area, but overall, the implementation of the projects is at a satisfactory level,” he said.
He shared this when met by the media after attending the Groundbreaking Ceremony and Compensation Cheque Presentation for the Spur Road from Sare to Jalan Sentebu, Bukit Kinyau, here on Wednesday (Oct. 7).
Of the 90 approved projects, he said several state constituencies had recorded significant implementation progress, reflecting positive momentum in the rollout of RADDA initiatives.
However, Len Talif said some projects had yet to reach the physical implementation stage due to pending site approvals and technical matters.
He said these issues must be resolved to ensure all necessary requirements were in place before construction began, allowing the projects to proceed smoothly and systematically.
RADDA, he added, would continue to closely monitor each project and promptly address any constraints to prevent delays from affecting overall implementation.
