My Sarawak Beloved Concrete with a spirit of friendship, celebrate the uniqueness of Sarawak

BETONG, 24 September: Sarawakku Sayang di Betong program is a venue to spread the spirit of togetherness, strengthen unity and celebrate the cultural diversity and uniqueness of the people of Sarawak.

The program from September 25 to 27 at the Betong Sports Complex opened up space for local communities and visitors to share in living Sarawak's identity built on racial diversity, culture, official customs and traditions handed down through generations.

At the same time, visitors can learn in more detail about services provided by Sarawak Government agencies and the Federal Government.

Sarawak Prime Minister Datuk Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg is expected to inaugurate the Sarawakku Sayang Betong program on September 26.

Apart from being a community gathering platform, Sarawakku Sayang di Betong also highlighted the potential of the district as one of the destinations with its own cultural, community and tourism attractions.

The presence of visitors to Betong also provides an opportunity for outdoor communities to get acquainted with the life, culture and uniqueness of the local community in a vibrant atmosphere.

The programme is expected to continue to revive the atmosphere in Betong through various community-involved fillings, thus making Sarawakku Sayang a platform for introducing the face of Sarawak to a wider audience.

At the same time, the promotion of programs like this reflects the spirit of Dear Sarawak that unites people regardless of background, in addition to cultivating pride in the state and heritage it possesses.
